Last August 15-19, the Environment Department held its first batch of Nature Interpretation (NI) training this year. As the newest member of the environment team, I was lucky enough to be able to join in on this immediately and learn more about El Nido.
May 6th was a special day for Pangulasian Island Resort, as it carried out its first successful Green Hour - an event where electricity is totally cut off throughout the resort for one whole hour.

For non-perishable products like shampoo, it's best to buy them in large bottles instead of small sachets. Buying in bulk is cheaper in the long run and the containers can be recycled. Unfortunately, oil sachets are non-recyclable.
